FAQ
Do you have any upfront fees?
Yes, there is a retainer fee due when you sign your contract. This fee is non-refundable and equal to 40% of your session's total cost.
What is your cancelation policy?
Life happens, and cancelations might need to be made. All cancelations must be done via the preferred method you marked at your booking (text, email, phone call, etc). Retainer fee is nonrefundable, but please contact me if you have any further questions.
What is your policy on groups?
Come one, come all! Group pictures will have no special fee at this time.
What if I want to add time to a session?
You may add time during a session for an additional charge of $50 for every 30 minutes over the agreed upon contract time. Extra time will be added onto your final costs.
What is your policy on having pets at a session?
Pets are part of the family, and are more than welcome to join in on the fun! All dogs must be on a leash and you are responsible for bringing treats. All pets must be up to date on treatments and vaccines, and need to be trained. Pets will have a fee of $25 for the session up to 2 pets included for this price ($10 for every other pet over the limit). You are responsible for your pet. Any broken equipment or injuries due to a pet will result in a bill. This will be listed in more detail in your contract. Contact me if you would like pictures of ONLY your pet.
Do I have to order prints through you?
I do offer prints, but you are more than welcome to have prints made yourself. This will be a part of your contract and will need to be discussed at the time of booking. All sessions will have the opportunity to order prints through me if they wish, and the option will remain until two months after the scheduled session date.
