The Storyteller Behind the Lens

I'm Isabel, the face (and heart!) behind Candidly! I'm a mid-Michigan photographer with a love for the unnoticed, in-between moments. I believe the most beautiful moments are the ones that aren't posed. The soft glances, uncontrollable laughs, and quiet seconds tell your real story.

The journey began when my parents gifted me a little red point-and-shoot camera for Christmas. I started out taking senior photos for my friends and doing sports photography for my younger brother's teams. Since then, I've grown my passion into a business and shifted to photographing real, beautiful moments.

Based in Holt MI, I serve the Central Michigan area, helping couples, seniors, and families feel seen, celebrated, and truly themselves.

When I'm not chasing down golden hour or burning my eyes editing late at night, you can find me baking sweet treats in my kitchen, snuggling with my pets, and daydreaming my next creative shoot!
